All cookies at Kd's Sweet Lab are made fresh to order! Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before it ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way!

Order Ahead

We recommend placing your order at least 5-7 days in advance to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and on time, especially for special occasions.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us! If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right. 🍪

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation. Please note that once an order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
